How to Buy

• Choose the section that most interests you: 3D MODELS, GEMSTONES & DIAMONDS, JEWELRY, then select the type of items you want to view.
• By clicking on each product, you can view a larger image, description, related products or matching items as well as the product code and price.
• Select an item and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to place an order.
• If you wish to continue shopping, just repeat the same process but if you want to submit your order, you will be able to conclude the process.
• Once you have entered your data, verify that it is correct and click "Confirm".
• Check that the shipping address and/or billing address are correct.
• Choose a method of payment:
• Confirm your order.
• You will receive an e-mail message with your order confirmation.

PayPal is an absolutely secure payment method that will allow you to pay for the order, directly accessing your account. The data relevant to your account and credit card will be managed by PayPal, which will inform us via email that the payment has been carried out.

If you want to pay for your order by means of a bank transfer, you will receive an email with our current account data. In this case, the order will be shipped after we have been credited the amount on our current account. If we do not receive the payment within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation, we will cancel the order and the products can be resold.

Pricing

- The products and their prices presented on the website are only an invitation to enter into an agreement and do not constitute an offer for sale.

- However, in each case, before completing your online purchase on the website you will be informed of the final price of the product(s) in $US. Your shipping cost is included as a line item in your cart total.

- If you are a consumer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in $US, the prices for the product(s) will be the $US equivalent of your currency, calculated in accordance with the relevant exchange rate applied by your bank or other service provider.

- The jewelry prices are strongly linked to the prices of gold. We therefore reserve the right to change the products prices from time to time, in particular due to increases in the price of gold. However, once we accept your order, the ordered product’s price will not change regardless of any price changes in the store which appear after the order has been accepted.

Purchasing “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” jewelry products

- You may only purchase products:

(A) Available for sale and the details of which appear on the website.

(B) For delivery to the United States of America, to European Union member States and Russia.

(C) For personal use, either by yourself or by the intended recipient(s) of the products.

Brascojewelry reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC”

- Once you have completed your online purchase on the website, we will email you to confirm that your order has been received and to confirm the details of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

- We will accept your order within five business days from the date of the confirmation email. It is at this point that a sale agreement will come into existence between you and “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” under these regulations.

We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation.

All products and information displayed on www.brascojewelry.com constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.

Delivery

- All of our products are delivered by FedEx secure shipping.

- We will dispatch the product(s) without undue delay.

- We will email you when the product(s) has been shipped and provide you with your shipment’s tracking number. Should you choose to pay for the product(s) online, we reserve the right not to dispatch the product(s) until your payment is successfully authorized.

- All our shipments are insured at our cost.

Your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)

The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

Order cancellation

- You have the right to cancel your order for any reason with us within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product(s) at no additional cost by sending us your written withdrawal notice or email to infosc@brascojewelry.com. Your withdrawal notice, email should include your name, address, description of the product(s) which you would like to return and the invoice number. The cancellation period will expire 7 (seven) days from the day after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last of the goods.

Return/Exchange policy

We want you to be delighted with your jewelry and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

- You have 7 (seven) days to return/exchange the product(s). We assume no liability if the product(s) is damaged or lost in transit, therefore we highly recommend that you use secure shipping services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or similar to return the product(s) to us. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, please, specify on your email the Size/Reference/Description you wish to exchange for.

- You will be required to cover all direct costs of returning the product(s) to us. Should you choose to cancel your order and withdraw from the sale agreement, we will refund the full price of the returned product(s).

- We will respond to you within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of your signed withdraw notice. We will refund your payment within 14 (fourteen) business days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, if we have received the returned product(s) by that time. We assume no liability if the product(s) is damaged or lost in transit, therefore it is in your best interest to keep your shipping documents.

- If you fail to return the product(s) to us, we may charge you for the costs incurred in collecting them from you.

- The product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We may only accept changes to the condition of the product(s) if such changes are result of using the product(s) in a manner necessary to check its functionality and/or characteristics. To avoid us having to reclaim the product(s) or its value, ensure that you pack the product(s) securely and return it to us, preferably by the FedEx, DHL or UPS secure shipping. You may be requested to pay the amount by which the value of the product(s) has decreased as a result of any other deterioration of the product’s condition.

Force major

“Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” shall not be bind by any contractual obligation and shall not be obliged to pay any indemnification in the event of force major events preventing “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including but not limited to insurrections, social disorders, telephone and internet breakdowns or damages to internet security and functionality, strikes and impossibility for to purchase the materials and Products from third parties.
